Acne is the result of overactive oil glands at the base of hair follicles, which are a cause of hormonal changes during adolescence. Oily skin can be hereditary, which increases the compassion of the skin to hormonal changes.

Skin cells can “plug” skin pores causing “whiteheads” and, with pigment, “blackheads.” A “pimple” is an oil gland that is infected with bacteria, resulting in an inflamed area with pus formation.

1.  Drink water. Water is the best answer for acne. Acne can be healed with drinking water. Water cleanses the organization and can repair the body from inside out. It allows the removal for all toxins in the human body. If you are bothersome to get rid of your acne drink ten glasses a day.

2.  Be careful how much you touch your face in the day. There is so many germs that we come into contact with and we can with no trouble irritate our skin over and over again. Wash your hands often and be aware that bacteria are all over the place.

3.  Take vitamin A supplements or eat Vitamin A type foods such as chicken, eggs, beef and turkey. Vitamin A is brilliant for the skin and can rid you of acne faster than over the counter acne products.

Home Remedies for Acne

1.  Avocado paste, made with the help of water, consists of a natural remedy for getting rid of acne. Use it like a face wash, creation sure to gently rub it on your face for 5 minutes. Then, wash it off with water.

2.  Another option you can go for is a bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary. This will help reduce your acne.

3.  Mix 1 tsp of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and squeeze 1/2 lemon into it. Drink this every morning, on an empty stomach.

4.  Combine a tablespoon of dried or fresh yeast with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your face and keep it on till it dries off. Now, wash it with warm water.

5.  For getting rid of acne, mix 2-3 tsp tea with some basil. Cook this combination in boiling water for about 10 to 20 minutes. Then, cool it down and apply on the exaggerated areas with a cotton ball.

6.  Honey and cinnamon fine particles are also beneficial for treating acne. Make a paste of the two and apply on the infected area before going to sleep. Wash your face next morning.
